The first solo album song ‘MONEY’ by BLACKPINK member Lisa has set a new record on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform.

On December 30, Lisa’s agency, YG Entertainment, announced that “MONEY” had reached 300 million Spotify streams.

This is the fastest that a K-pop solo artist’s song has reached 300 million streams.

Jennie’s “Solo,” which reached 300 million streams for the first time as a Korean solo artist in about 960 days, set the previous record.

For two weeks, Lisa’s solo album title song “LALISA” topped the iTunes Top Song charts in 72 countries and the Global YouTube Song Top 100 chart.

In addition, “LALISA” and “MONEY” ranked 84th and 93rd on Billboard’s “Hot 100” chart, respectively.
