Varun Gandhi speaks the language of Congress should resign from the party – BJP MP

“Varun Gandhi is speaking the Congress’s language. If he still has any morality left in him and has decided to speak out against the BJP and join the Congress or somewhere else, he should resign from the BJP immediately “Harnath Singh Yadav, a member of the Rajya Sabha, agreed.

Harnath Singh Yadav, a Rajya Sabha MP for the Bharatiya Janata Party, slammed Varun Gandhi, a leader of his own party, for criticising the Uttar Pradesh government over the alleged lathi-charge on protesters in Lucknow, claiming that he is speaking the Congress’ language.

“Varun Gandhi is speaking the Congress’s language. If he still has any morality left in him and has decided to speak out against the BJP and join the Congress or somewhere else, he should resign from the BJP immediately “Yadav stated.
“He (Varun Gandhi) should show respect for the party’s dignity and discipline. While he is a member of the BJP, he should adhere to the party’s rules “Yadav explained.

Varun Gandhi tweeted a video of the alleged lathi charge on Sunday “These are also Bharat’s children (Maa). There is no one willing to even listen to their demands, let alone accept them. Then they are subjected to a barbaric lathi charge.”

“Would they have been treated the same way if they were your children? You have open positions and qualified candidates. So, why aren’t you filling the positions?” he stated On Saturday, students protesting teacher recruitment in Lucknow were allegedly lathi-charged by UP police.
