The name of the alleged terrorist organisation known as the Kashmir Tigers has been linked to the killing of Kashmiri Pandit Rahul Bhatt in the valley.

Altaf has been identified as a Jaish terrorist

According to a top intelligence official, this organisation was founded by Jaish terrorist Mufti Altaf alias Abu Jar after an investigation. It was discovered that Abu Jar previously ran his madrasa in Anantnag and also worked for the terrorists as an overground worker. Altaf and his family vanished after this, and Altaf was revealed to be a Jaish terrorist.
