– To be manufactured locally in India as well
– Will be introduced in India in H1 2022
The C3 compact SUV has begun production at Citroen’s plant in Brazil. The C3 was first unveiled globally in September 2021, and the SUV will soon be available in Brazil and other South American markets.
When the Citroen C3 arrives in India in the coming months, it will also make India its manufacturing hub. Split headlamps, dual slat chrome grille, roof rails, two-tone alloy wheels, plastic cladding around the wheel arches, and dual-tone paint scheme are all standard on the C3. In India, the C3 has been spotted in its production-ready state, and you can learn more about it here.
The C3’s interior will feature a dual-theme dashboard with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, a flat-bottom steering wheel with mounted controls, and other features.
The Citroen C3 is expected to be powered by a petrol engine with both manual and automatic transmissions when it debuts in India. The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonet, and Toyota Urban Cruiser will all compete against the C3.
