New variants of the Tata Altroz premium hatchback
For the information of the people, let us tell you that in both these variants the company has now included those features which were earlier given only in the top models. Tata Motors has now added a host of cool features like an electric sunroof to the XM(S) variant of the Altroz.
Tata Altroz Price
The Tata Altroz has been priced at Rs 6.90 lakh (ex-showroom) for the XM variant and Rs 7.35 lakh (ex-showroom) for the XM(S). Along with more features in both the new variants, the XM(S) also gets the option of a sunroof. The purpose of bringing these two variants is to give more priority to the customers and provide them more value-for-money product. These new variants will come with a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine mated to a manual transmission.
Tata Altroz Engine and Features
Both these variants have been launched with 1.2 liter Revotron petrol engine and manual transmission. The XM variant gets a host of features such as driver seat height adjuster, steering mounted controls, premium looking dashboard, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs. On the other hand, in the XM(S) variant, as we have told you above that in this variant, customers will get the pleasure of electric sunroof.

Features of other variants of Tata Altroz
In the XE variant of Tata Altroz, customers get remote keyless entry and rear power windows, while the XM+/XM(S) variant gets cruise control, reverse camera, driver seat height adjuster. Whereas, in the XT variant, you will get rear de frogger, driver seat height adjuster and R16 Hyperstyle wheels.
The Tata Altroz XM(S) features the same features as the XM trim including the sunroof, all four variants of the Altroz, power windows and remote keyless entry. Tata has made minor changes to the rest of its Altroz 1.2L petrol manual engine variants such as reverse camera, height adjustable driver seat, cruise control and premium dashboard being given in XM+ S variant. The XT trim gets height adjustable driver seat, 16-inch Hyperstyle wheels with rear defogger.
