Story of Suriya the Soldier Movie
Na Peru Surya, Na Illu India (translation. My identity is the sun, my home is India) is a 2018 Indian Telugu-language motion picture film written and directed by Vakkantham Vamsi under his directorship. Produced by Ramalakshmi Cine Creations, the film stars Allu Arjun, Arjun Sarja and Anu Emmanuel. In support of forging, R. Sarathkumar, Boman Irani, Thakur Anoop Singh, Sai Kumar, Pradeep Rawat, Harish Uthman, Rao Ramesh, Nadia and Venela Kishore.
The film follows Surya, a fierce soldier who aspires to serve on the borders, however, he gets into trouble after stepping into a brawl and killing a terrorist. She is given the possibility to show her worth by obtaining a sign of approval from a renowned psychologist who is none other than her estranged father. Surya should curb his objectionable habits, yet face his enemies if he wants to fulfill his dream.
The music was composed by Vishal-Shekhar and enhanced by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The film launched on 4 May 2018. R Sarathkumar received the SIIMA Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role (Telugu) for his role in the film.
Surya is a soldier in the Indian Army who is haunted by governance issues and goals of being posted on the LoC. After getting into a dispute over a neighborhood membership and attacking Inspector Himanshu Negi and the latter stealing the gun, Surya uses it to shoot a dysfunctional terrorist when the officer asks for a gun from Surya’s senior Colonel Sanjay Srivastava. Surya’s goals are really shattered after being court martialed for disciplinary action. His godfather requests Srivastava to give Surya the last chance. Srivastava agrees on the condition that Surya will receive a signature of approval from the country’s higher psychologist and dean of the Institute of Psychology and Foreign Languages, Dr. Rama Krishnam Raju, who is Surya’s estranged father.
To fulfill his dream of going to the border, Surya agrees, taking Kishore home with a passport officer, who has been willing for a year for the same signature from Raju. When assembled, Surya and Raju refuse to accept each other, and Raju questions Surya’s personal life. Surya tells Raju about her relationship with Varsha, which she breaks up when he distances himself from her in pursuit of her profession and insults her uncle. Hearing Suriya’s failures and accusing Raju of having fun with himself, Suriya will get annoyed. Raju then tells your entire college about Surya.
Surya then raises a problem with Raju to control his anger for 3 weeks and never fight back from the next day. He, however, beats up a younger gangster when the latter breaks into a street ruckus, who is revealed to be the son of a dangerous gangster Challa, the day before the trouble begins as one final fight. In the following days, Surya faces a series of situations with Challa and his men; Yet the ability to control one’s anger and even get used to living within society has improved.
However, issues take a turn when Surya eventually ends up as the only real witness to Mustafa’s murder in the palms of Mustafa’s son, over a property dispute. He remains silent about it, as he learns from the society. However, when Krishna Kumar, the police officer investigating Mustafa’s murder, addressed him as someone who made an outstanding impact on the afterlife, he pleaded guilty. Meanwhile, Surya reconciles with his father, returns to his home, makes up with Varsha, and appears to have gotten the problem.
However, he addresses his mistake publicly and refuses to take the signature. Fully realizing his mistake, Surya attacks and kidnaps Chala’s son, asking him to assist him in finding Mustafa’s son Anwar, who expresses his hatred against the nation, which he believes that he did not accept the sacrifice or death of his father and left his home. Surya fears that Anwar may be on the wrong path, and both he and Challa embark on a mission to heal Anwar.
Upon finding Anwar in Mumbai, Suriya makes him realize his mistake and warns him not to take the wrong path in life, after which Anwar takes care of his country. Surya receives Raju’s signature, and a few months later, he stands at the border hoisting the Indian flag.
