Helpless Saraswati
Saraswati aka Saru(Marwa Hocane) a simple introverted young girl who works in a library as a librarian. But she is a very outdated, unfashionable, highly tradition-following, unattractive, and unappealing girl, due to which many boys have rejected her and put her down for marriage and she lost her self-confidence. She lives with her parents and a younger sister Kaveri. Saru’s father Jayaram( Manish Choudhary) is a very strict man.
Kaveri’s fiance gives an ultimatum to Kaveri and her family that he wants to marry within a month if the marriage does not happen he will move on and leave Kaveri. But strict Jayaram says that being younger she can’t get married until her elder sister Sari gets married. Angry Kaveri taunts and fights with Saru and threatens that she will run away from home. Helpless Saru begs her not to run away and assures her that she will soon find a partner.

The Handsome Hunk
In the same building where Sari and her family live there lives a young handsome hunk Inder( Harshvardhan Rane). He has a girl friend named Ruby, she is extremely fashionable, beautiful, and appealing. Saru’s father doesn’t like them and thinks that they have a bad influence on society. Once Saru’s parents go out of the city for some work, that night Saru goes to Inder’s apartment to tell him that she needs Ruby’s help for her makeover as she wanted to impress her colleague who is an IIT engineer.
While they were talking suddenly Ruby arrives and sees both of them and thinks that Inder is cheating on him and in anger she throws a glass bottle in which Inder gets badly injured. Saru tries to help Inder to clean his wounds. Her parents return and saw both of them together in bed and understand the situation completely differently and disowned her.
Inder Falls In Love
Here Saru tells her mother what actually happened that night and tells her mother not to tell her father because she wants Kaveri to get married and live happily. Meanwhile, Inder helps Sarun to find a rented apartment to live in. Inder also helps Saru in her makeover and after the makeover, Saru looks very beautiful and attractive hence she gets the attention of Abhimanyu. Inder realizes that he started loving Saru but never tells her because Abhimanyu proposes to her and he wants her to be happy.
Saru’s marriage fixed with Abhimanyu and on the day of her wedding, Abhimanyu’s father rejects Saru as he knew all the truth behind why her family disowned her.
Inder Confesses His Love
When they met and Inder confesses his love Saru suddenly collapsed in Inder’s arms and he takes her to the hospital and it reveals that she is suffering from meningioma. Then Inder forcefully enters Saru’s Parent’s house and tell them her condition and she needs them at this difficult time. Saru discharge from the hospital and realizes that Inder loves her from starting but never told her. He tells Inder to marry her.
Sayu’s Last Wish
On the same night, Saru expresses her last wish to Inder that after her demise she wants to get buried under the beautiful flowering tree to which Inder agrees with teary eyes. The next day Inder again meets Saru’s parents and tells them he is marrying her and he can do anything for her happiness and also tells them that she is going to die soon. at the wedding, Saru’s Parents arrive and accept her and her marriage and reunite with her. Saru Died in Inder’s arms and he fulfilled her last wish also.
