Rashmika Mandanna Apologizes To Kannadigas For Failing To Dub “Pushpa”

At a promotional event for ‘Pushpa,’ Rashmika Mandanna apologises to Kannada fans and the film industry.

Mandanna expressed regret for not dubbing her voice in her native tongue for the second half of ‘Pushpa,’ and promised to do so in the future.

Mandanna, known as India’s ‘National Crush,’ began her acting career in the Kannada film ‘Kirik Party.’ She had a successful film career in Telugu and Tamil. Her Bollywood debut will be with ‘Mission Majnu,’ followed by ‘Goodbye,’ starring Amitabh Bachchan.

Mandanna is frequently chastised for her lack of roots. Despite the fact that she is a Kannada actor, her Karnataka fans have chastised her for making more Telugu films.

In one of her interviews, Mandanna referred to the KGF actor as ‘Mr Showoff,’ prompting a backlash from his fans on social media. Later, in a Facebook post, the actress apologised for the incident.

‘Pushpa’ will be released in theatres on Friday. Although the film was made in Telugu, it has been dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. In the film, Arjun plays a lorry driver who smuggles red sandalwood. Among the cast members are Fahadh Faasil and Mandanna.
