Grade ‘A’ for Officers Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Service)-2021
| Assistant Manager (P&SS) – He/she should be an officer with at least five years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force, possessing a valid Ex-Servicemen Identity Card. Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers must have rendered at least five years continuous military service and be released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is to be completed within one year from the cut off date (01 -07-) 2021) specified, i.e. on or before 30.06.2022), |
| Manager (RDBS) –Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. Candidates should have minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR Minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree . Minimum 60% or equivalent in CS/ICWA or 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D. Experience: Minimum 03 years experience (SC/PWBD – 02 years) in relevant fields like Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied & Rural Development is essential. Experience will be counted after the minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG). |
pay scale:
| Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ – Candidate’s age should be between 21 to 30 years as on 01-07-2021 i.e. candidate should not be born earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07-2000. |
| Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Services) in Grade ‘A’ Between 25 to 40 years (No relaxation for any category). Candidates born before 02.07.1981 and after 01-07-1996 (both days inclusive) are not eligible to apply. |
| Manager in Grade ‘B’ – Candidate must have attained the age of 25 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 01-07-2021, i.e. candidate born before 02-07-1989 and not later than 01- 07-1996). |
Salary Details:
| 1. Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ Selected candidates will get an initial basic pay of Rs.28150/- in the scale of 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1). )-55600 is applicable to Grade ‘A’ officers and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensation Allowance, House Rent Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are around Rs. 70,000/-. |
| 2. Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security Services) in Grade ‘A’ – They will receive an initial basic pay of Rs.28,150/- per month in the scale of 28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) – 46600 -EB-1750(4) – 53600-2000(1). – Applicable for 55600 Grade ‘A’ officers. They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensation Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are around Rs. 70,000/- |

Manager in Grade ‘B’ Selected candidates will get an initial basic pay of Rs. 35150/- in the scale of Rs. 35150/- 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750 (2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400 (16 years) as applicable for officers in Grade ‘B’ and they will be time- Eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensation Allowance, House Rent Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are around Rs. 78,000/- pm |
