Prosecutors stated they found the kid Saturday in Monterey, Tenn., the place his dad was nabbed.
Uyar’s mom advised CBS New York late Saturday that her daughter’s physique was found in a wooded space of the Volunteer State.
Friends of Uyar advised the outlet that she had a restraining order towards Rios, who allegedly had a historical past of abusing the mother.
“Typical textbook case of domestic violence. Progressively got worse and this is where it’s ending,” Robyn Morris advised the station.
Authorities didn’t instantly affirm that Uyar had been found dead.
