Money Heist Season 4 (2020) – Storyline

( Money Heist | Netflix) All Episodes 2020 TV Series: Part 4 begins with the robbers rushing to save Nairobi’s life. While Tokyo stages a coup d’état and takes over command from Palermo, the Professor and Marseille deduce that Lisbon must still be alive and being interrogated by Sierra in a tent outside of the bank. They persuade Tamayo’s assistant, Antoñanzas, to help them, and the Professor can establish a 48-hour truce with the police. As the group manages to save Nairobi’s life, the restrained Palermo creates chaos to reestablish his command by colluding with Gandía, the restrained chief of security for the Bank of Spain. Gandía escapes, begins communications with the police from within a panic room inside the bank, and participates in a violent cat-and-mouse game with the gang. Palermo regains the trust of the group and rejoins them. Gandía shoots Nairobi in the head, killing her instantly, but the gang later recapture him. As the police prepare another assault on the bank, the Professor exposes the unlawful torture of Rio and the holding of Lisbon to the public. Due to this revelation, Sierra is fired and begins a pursuit of the Professor on her own. The Professor enlists external help to free Lisbon after she is transferred to the Supreme Court. Part 4 concludes with Lisbon rejoining the gang within the bank, and with Sierra finding the Professor’s hideout, holding him at gunpoint.

About Money Heist Season 4

In December 2017, a Spanish crime drama series took over our free time and late night spots as Money Heist (Spanish: La Case de Papel) launched on NetFlix. It was a series that set the tone for all social conversations as we discussed the plot of a well-executed robbery with eight people that were trained over time for the best and worst scenarios. They were strangers to each other with alias names based on cities like Rio, Berlin, Nairobi, Helsinki, Oslo, Denver, Moscow and Tokyo, and yet a team that was trained to have each other’s back. The heist portrayed a mix of emotions, interpersonal dramas and most importantly, the skills of a brain that executed it all – that of a character named The Professor or Sergio, his real name. As the episodes revealed the story over three seasons, it also unfolded a love story between the mastermind Professor and Raquel (later known as Lisbon), who was all out to catch him but later became one of them.

What should we expect?

It is all very dramatic. Part three saw the crew plan an even bigger heist than their first, in an attempt to rescue Rio, who had been captured by the authorities.

The finale saw The Professor call a tank to the Bank of Spain, where his gang were battling with the authorities, but the outlook was still looking bleak.

Here’s what creators Alex Pina and Javier Gomez Santander had to say: “I think the next season will be a bombshell for many reasons.

“We came from the third season with a feeling of vertigo, because it was the first one we produced for Netflix, we had used up a first robbery and we had to show that we could design a new one with more adrenaline and strength. I think we were so worried about that we got a lot of rhythm and milestones.

“In this fourth season what we propose is to stop a little, lower the piston to be able to dramatically savour some characters and then return to hit a burst in the middle of the season. It is a very special season.”

Money Heist Season 4 User Review

I loved it , it is fun and you just want to know what is going to happen in the next episode I read some of the reviews, maybe it has a few flaws not perfect, but it is fun to watch. I truly enjoyed it Also I do not understand why some persons think that the good reviews are paid by netflix, every one of my friends who saw this show liked it , so it must be kinda the majority of the opinions.

The third season of Netflix’s Spanish-language series, Money Heist, titled “La Casa de Papel,” premiered recently. The show usually makes me want to pull out my red jumpsuit and Dali mask, and dance around to “Bella Ciao.”

Unfortunately, this season didn’t do that.

Season 4 didn’t live up to the hype. I can be happy that the season felt like a complete extension of the past season, in that it continued the story, but it dragged along, unlike the past three seasons. I would say that episodes four and five marked where the season began to pick up the pace, but even then, it didn’t feel the same as previous seasons. This season only has eight episodes! I would have expected more.

Money Heist was a worldwide hit when it came to Netflix in 2017. The show paid attention to all the characters we came to love. Although under difficult circumstances, the show was successful in delivering in its third season an entertaining and extravagantly illustrated heist. The bank provided a great setting for this to take place, and when the season drew to a close, viewers were left with major questions about the future of the series. Viewers wanted the next season.

The plot of the season followed less of the main characters’ endeavors and more of an irrelevant character, Cesar Gandía, the bank owner’s head-of-security. A little less than half of the season was dedicated to this antagonist and the team trying to stop him from killing them and trying to be the hero of the story. The drama seemed forced and made part of the season unlikeable in so many contexts.

This series was so appealing and engaging because viewers got to see the characters’ backstories and it didn’t seem fake – it felt like these characters’ struggles and backstories were not just written into the plot. For example, people who watch the show know that The Professor is a genius, a stereotypical-looking nerd who faced many challenges while trying to pull off the first heist back in the first season and stuck to a plan to pull everything off. He is someone who could transform from minute to minute to be able to get the police to believe something was there when it wasn’t.

This season, however, made him look disorganized and messy, but he suddenly got his mojo back when Nairobi died, and he realized that there is a lot to live for because life is too short.

A lot of the characters were overlooked and most of the subplots were angsty and annoying. These aren’t the putos amos (effing bosses) I have come to know as a fan of the series. And it wasn’t until the final two or three episodes that it felt like the series we all know and love.

But none of this made the season unwatchable. Many moments in the season were worth watching, especially if you’re not too invested. It just seems as though the showrunners this season bopped to “Bella Ciao” for too long and this fourth season reflected it. The acting was good, though. Top tier.

Let’s just say that if you’re looking to watch the show, skip the first half of season four and watch episode six forward.
