Mahindra Bolero Facelift: Prices start at Rs 8.85 lakh

In India, the Mahindra Bolero is a very popular SUV. For 2022, the company has quietly updated this workhorse with new safety features in order to comply with the most recent safety standards. Dual front airbags are standard on all variants of the new Mahindra Bolero, which was launched in India in 2022. Ex-showroom, the price of this SUV is now between Rs 8.85 lakh and Rs 9.86 lakh.

The Bolero was previously only available with a driver-side airbag. However, under the most recent safety regulations, which took effect in January 2022, all new vehicles must be equipped with dual airbags as standard equipment. As a result, this safety feature has been added to the Mahindra Bolero for 2022. The grab handle on the co-driver side of the Bolero’s dashboard has been removed in order to deploy the additional airbag.

The Bolero is unchanged except for the addition of this new safety feature. Other safety features on the SUV include ABS, rear parking sensors, a high-speed alert system, and a seatbelt reminder, which are all standard on all models. The Mahindra Bolero has a single 1.5-litre three-cylinder mHAWK75 diesel engine that produces 75 hp at 3,600 RPM and 210 Nm of peak torque between 1600 and 2200 RPM.

The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission and drives the rear wheels. It also has a micro-hybrid start/stop system. It has a Bluetooth music system, manual air conditioning, power steering, and a semi-digital instrument cluster, among other things. The new Mahindra Bolero for 2022 is available in three variants: B4, B6, and B6 (O), with prices ranging from Rs 8.85 lakh to Rs 9.86 lakh ex-showroom.
