Lucknow: The new IPL team Lucknow Super Giants is the only franchise in the IPL Mega Auction 2022 to have spent the total amount of Rs 90 crore. They paid Rs 10 crore for Avesh Khan, the biggest price ever paid for an uncapped player in the IPL.
In addition, Lucknow paid Rs 8.75 crore for West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder. Manish Pandey and Quinton de Kock were purchased for Rs 6.75 crore and Rs 4.60 crore, respectively.
Krunal was also snapped up by Lucknow for a cool Rs 8.25 crore. Deepak Hooda, his former Baroda foe, was also snapped up by Lucknow for Rs 5.75 crore.
