Lexus NX 350h Launched in 2022 at a Price of Rs 64.90 Lakh

The new Lexus NX has a more angular appearance, more features, and more power.

The new Lexus NX 350h has been launched in India, with prices starting at Rs 64.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Exquisite, Luxury, and F-Sport variants of the luxury SUV are available with a single petrol-hybrid powertrain.

Exterior and Interior of The Lexus NX 350h in 2022

The new NX maintains the overall profile of the previous-generation model, though Lexus has given it a more angular appearance this time around. Single-piece headlamps (instead of split units), a larger version of the company’s’spindle’ grille, new bumpers, a longer hood, and all-new LED taillamps connected by a light bar are among the new design features.

The interior of the Lexus NX in 2022 has also been updated. The previous SUV’s 10.3-inch infotainment screen has been replaced by a 9.0-inch touchscreen (or a 14-inch unit, depending on the variant). Much of the switchgear in the central console has been removed, including the touchpad from before. A new steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster are also included in the package.

Features of The Lexus NX 350h in 2022

A 360-degree parking camera, auto headlamps and wipers, a colour HUD, a touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, wireless mobile charging, 64-color ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, electric front seats, and electrically folding rear seats are all included in the top-spec NX F-Sport. It has ABS, EBD, ESC, traction control, front and rear parking sensors, and much more on the safety front.

Powertrain Details for The Lexus NX 350h in 2022

The 350h powertrain is available on the new Lexus NX. This model has a 2.5-litre Atkinson cycle engine that produces 192 horsepower. The gasoline engine is mated to e-motors on the front and rear axles, giving the SUV a total output of 244 horsepower in all-wheel-drive form. A 6-step e-CVT gearbox transmits the power to the wheels. A front-wheel-drive version of the 350h is also available outside of the United States.

In India, the previous NX was available in the 300h trim, which featured a 155hp 2.5-litre petrol engine mated to a 143hp electric motor for a total output of 197hp. A 6-step e-CVT transmission was used.

Lexus NX 350h Rivals in 2022

In India, the Lexus NX 350h competes against the Audi Q5, the recently facelifted BMW X3, the Mercedes-Benz GLC, and the Volvo XC60.

The Exquisite, Luxury, and F-Sport trim levels of the previous Lexus NX 300h were priced at Rs 58.20 lakh, Rs 63.20 lakh, and Rs 63.63 lakh, respectively (all prices, ex-showroom, India).
