Lava, an Indian smartphone manufacturer, has announced the launch of a new entry-level smartphone in India. The Lava X2 has been launched in the Indian market. The smartphone is only available online and is aimed at budget buyers. The Lava X2 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display, 2GB of RAM, a MediaTek Helio SoC, a 5000mAh battery, and a bunch of other goodies.

Price of the Lava X2 in India

The Lava X2 is available for Rs 6999 for a single 2GB and 32GB RAM configuration. The smartphone can be pre-ordered on Amazon until March 11th. You can get the smartphone for Rs 6599 if you pre-order it. The Lava X2 will, however, be available at its original price of Rs 6999 once it goes on sale on March 12.

Blue and Cyan are the two colour options available for the Lava X2. The smartphone will be sold through Amazon and the Lava e-store.

A 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display is featured on the Lava X2. The front of the phone has a waterdrop notch that houses the selfie camera. The phone is equipped with an unnamed octa-core MediaTek Helio SoC, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. Android One is expected to run on the Lava X2. The operating system that the Lava X2 runs on, however, has not been specified by Lava.

A 5000mAh battery powers the smartphone. The Lava X2 is said to take 3.45 hours to fully charge with the included adapter, according to the company. According to Lava, a single charge provides up to 38 hours of talk time on 4G networks and 10.5 hours of YouTube playback at full display brightness.

The phone has a fingerprint scanner on the back as well as facial recognition. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, a 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB Type-C charging port, and OTG support are all available on the Lava X2.

The Lava x2 has a dual-camera setup at the back, with an 8-megapixel primary sensor and an unnamed camera. For selfies, there’s a 5-megapixel camera on the front.
