Jharkhand: A mother-son duo is killed when they fall under the trailer’s wheels

Salanti Tudu, 46, and her 17-year-old son Sunil, both residents of Hathinada village, were riding a motorcycle when they were involved in an accident in Chandil Bazaar.

Sunil lost control of the motorcycle, and the two collided with the back wheels of a passing trailer, killing them instantly, according to Shambhu Saran Das, in-charge of the Chandil police station.

He added that the bodies were taken to Seraikela Sadar Hospital for post-mortem examination, and that the trailer had been seized and the driver had been arrested.
