Ira Khan is spotted in white pyjamas at home, posing for a mirror selfie. “I’ve been having anxiety episodes,” she captioned her post. I’ve experienced anxiousness. And I was previously overwhelmed. Additionally, they have crying episodes. However, I’ve never experienced anxiety attacks previously. It distinguishes panic from panic episodes. Anxiety as opposed to anxiety attacks. As far as I am aware (anxiety episodes) have physiological manifestations. Palpitations, shortness of breath. Additionally, crying. And it grows. Slowly. It has the feel of approaching disaster. This is how my own feels. I have never experienced a panic attack.”

“It’s a truly awful sensation. My therapist advised me to notify my doctor/psychiatrist if it became routine (context: I had one or two over two months versus virtually every day now). In case someone was looking for words to convey how they’re feeling and this was of assistance. It’s quite helpless. Because I want want to sleep (it generally occurs at night for me), but I am unable to do so because it will not stop. I make an attempt to identify my concerns and rationalise them away. However, once it has struck you, I have not discovered a method to halt it. You’re going to have to ride it out. Thus far. That is my assumption,” she continued.

“However, while it is growing, talking to Popeye and breathing has aided in preventing an attack. At the very least for a few of hours. Additionally, it depends on whether I am later re-stressed by another stimulus. Variables abound in life. If you’re attempting to be thoughtful, remember to consider them all,” the caption stated.

“Stay put!” (black heart emoji). P.s. This is me following a lengthy shower following an attack. Showers are a sight to behold. “I’ll discuss that further later,” she finished her message. Nupur responded to the post with red heart, hug, and anchor emojis. Shruti Haasan added a red heart emoji as well.

Ira has always made a point of discussing her mental health. She stated in October 2020 that she had been diagnosed with clinical depression. “How are you? I’m depressed.” I’ve been there for more than four years. I’ve seen a doctor and was diagnosed with clinical depression. I’m doing significantly better now. I’ve wanted to do something for mental health for over a year now, but I wasn’t sure what. As a result, I’ve chosen to accompany you on my voyage and see what happens. Hopefully, we will have a better understanding of ourselves and mental disease,” Ira stated in a video.
