International Yoga Day | BSF Women Jawans Perform Yoga in Tripura

The Border Security Force women Jawans performed Yoga at the India-Bangladesh border in Tripura on International Yoga Day.

The women Jawans of the Border Security Force performed Yoga at the India-Bangladesh border in Tripura on International Yoga Day. Border Security Force Tripura posted a video on Twitter showing female jawans in uniform performing Yoga in unison at the India-Bangladesh border.

Meanwhile, BSF Tripura Sector Panisagar troopers and battalions celebrated the 8th International Yoga Day in Tripura, including North Tripura, Unakoti, and Dhalai districts, as well as the ridges and pristine valleys of the Jampui and Sakhan hills.

The BSF troops can be seen in the video performing Yoga in various locations across Tripura. Along with Pratima Bhoumik, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, officials, and volunteers, BSF troops performed Yoga at Neermahal Palace in Tripura.

International Yoga Day is observed by BSF troops in Jammu.

BSF troops in Jammu held a Yoga session at the FTR HQ to commemorate the occasion, which was overseen by Sunita Boora, President of the BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA). At the event, BSF troops’ families practised Yoga.

Meanwhile, at the Suchetgarh-Border outpost Octroi, Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Science and Technology, performed Yoga with BSF troops. The Yoga session was attended by Dr DK Boora, IG BSF Jammu, as well as 3000 BSF personnel, students, and civilians.

Yoga is practised by BSF personnel in Rajasthan.

BSF personnel in Rajasthan celebrated the International Day of Yoga by practising yoga with zeal across the state. At the Sam Sand Dunes in Jaisalmer, Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat performed Yoga with 500 BSF troops.

The Yoga session was attended by members of the Air Force, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), police officers, and civil dignitaries.

International Yoga Day is observed by ITBP Jawans.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, June 21, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) dedicated a special patriotic song to the 8th International Yoga Day.

Over the years, ITBP personnel have promoted yoga by performing it in high-altitude Himalayan ranges on the India-China border, such as Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh.
