The Bajaj Pulsar now straddles the full spectrum of sports motorcycles, according to Bajaj Auto, with the recently launched Pulsar F250 and N250. In FY2022, global Pulsar sales surpassed 1 lakh units three times in a month, with a year-to-date average of nearly 97,000 units.
Due to its strategy of offering differentiation in an otherwise commoditised 100cc segment, such as the electric-start, DTS-i engine and the ComforTec system, Bajaj Platina sales in India doubled this year in a declining market.
Nigeria, Egypt, and Mexico saw their highest-ever motorcycle retail sales in the export market. Bajaj Auto expanded its lead in the sports segment in Latin America.
“To be the best manufacturer in the most difficult conditions is a true testament to Bajaj Auto’s tenacity and a result of our commitment to serve global customers through differentiated products and superior propositions.” “Despite the volatility in the environment, our presence in over 70 countries has allowed us to deliver a consistent performance,” said Bajaj Auto Executive Director Rakesh Sharma.
