The makers have released a teaser in which Ranbir Kapoor is introduced as Shiva, ahead of the release of the first motion poster on Wednesday (December 15).
On Tuesday, the first trailer for Ayan Mukherji’s upcoming film “Brahmastra” was released (December 14). With narration in the voice of superstar Amitabh Bachchan, the teaser debuted actor Ranbir Kapoor’s first look.
Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Karan Johar all shared the teaser on social media, with Mukherji saying, “It feels surreal that we’re finally putting a piece of our film out into the universe.”
Kapoor’s character, Shiva, is introduced by Amitabh Bachchan. Kapoor is seen covered in flames, arms stretched out to show off his perfectly ripped body, in the 19-second video. Bachchan provided a voice-over for the video, saying that it is the start of the end. The image in the teaser that is currently causing a stir on the internet, according to Ayan Mukherji, was taken right at the start of the film’s shoot.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Brahmastra: Part One has been delayed several times. It was originally scheduled to be released in December 2020. It was announced four years ago. A special fan event is being held in New Delhi on December 15 by the filmmakers.
In the first instalment of the ‘Brahmastra’ trilogy, Ranbir plays Shiva alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Alia Bhatt. In addition, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, and Dimple Kapadia all have significant roles in the film.
