The N-Line will be based on the redesigned Venue, which will be released in the coming months.
It’s no secret that the Hyundai Venue has been getting a facelift for a few months now. We’ve seen the SUV being tested in South Korea several times, and we recently saw a test mule in India.
However, Hyundai has begun testing the sportier Venue N-Line variant in India, which will be based on the upcoming Venue facelift and is expected to be released soon.
- Venue N-Line to get refreshed front and rear styling
- Will also feature cosmetic changes on the interior
- Likely to be powered by the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine
What do we know about The Hyundai Venue N-Line for 2022?
The Venue N-Line, like the Hyundai i20 N-Line available in India, will receive a number of cosmetic updates to set it apart from the standard model. N-Line badging on the front fender, new front and rear bumpers with red accents on their lower sections, red inserts on the roof rails, new alloy wheels, and a dual-tip exhaust pipe are among the changes.
The new front-end styling with the ‘Parametric’ grille design (similar to the new Tucson), revised headlights, and sleeker taillights will all be carried over to the N-Line model from the upcoming Venue facelift.
On the inside, we expect the Venue N-Line to keep the same design and layout as the current model, but it will most likely feature an all-black interior with red accents and ‘N’ logos strewn about the cabin, as with other N-Line models. With the arrival of the Venue facelift, the equipment levels are expected to improve as well, though we’ll have more information closer to its launch.
Facelifted Hyundai Venue in 2022: Powertrains
The Hyundai Venue N-Line is expected to be powered by the same 120hp, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that powers the i20 N-Line in India. A 7-speed DCT automatic and a 6-speed iMT unit will be available as transmission options.
However, the standard Venue facelift is expected to keep the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and the 1.5-litre diesel engine that are currently available on the compact SUV.
Hyundai Venue Facelift 2022: Expected Release Date and Competitors

Updated versions of the Toyota Urban Cruiser and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will also be available in this segment.
