According to the police, an enraged husband strangled his wife to death in Masaudhi police station’s Gopalpur Mathia village, then jumped in front of a train near Tineri halt on the Patna-Gaya railway line, killing himself on the spot. Went. As soon as news of the incident reached the area, it sparked outrage, and an influx of people came to see the bodies of the husband and wife. Rekha Kumari, daughter of Deen Prasad, was a resident of Musati Chak village in the Parsbigha police station area of Jehanabad district, and Mithilesh Kumar, son of late Girija Prasad, was a resident of Gopalpur Mathia village in the Masaudhi police station area.

According to the deceased’s father, Mithilesh Kumar strangled his wife and then committed suicide by being hit by a train on the Patna-Gaya railway line on Tuesday. The Masaudhi police brought Rekha Devi’s body to the police station and husband Mithilesh Kumar’s body to the Taregana Railway Police GRP station after receiving information about the incident. The bodies were then taken to a morgue for an autopsy.
