Gujarat: The Gujarat Titans, a newcomer to the league, spent a lot of money on Kiwi pacer Lockie Ferguson and uncapped Indian Rahul Tewatia. Gujarat paid a whopping Rs 10 crore for Ferguson, while Tewatia was purchased for an incredible Rs 9 crore from a starting price of Rs 40 lakh.
Jason Roy was purchased by the Gujarat Titans for Rs 2 crore on Saturday. Roy previously played in the IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Gujarat also scooped up India pacer Mohammed Shami, who was released by the Punjab Kings, for Rs 6.25 crore.
