Good omens: season one

Good Omens is a 1990 fantasy novel that was later made into a series. The novel was written by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. This good omen was produced by Amazon Studios and BBC Studios. Neil Gaiman also released six episodes of the series, serving as showrunner. The series was directed by Douglas Mackinnon.

On May 31, 2019, the show was released on Amazon Prime Video. And from January 15 to February 19, 2019 it was broadcast weekly on BBC Two in the UK.

The cast of the Good Omens series includes David Tennant, Michael Sheen, Adria Arjona, Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall, Jon Hamm and Frances McDormand who gave God a voice.

The series is set in the year 2018, where the Angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley were on Earth to represent Heaven and Hell. Both were on earth to prevent the coming of the Antichrist and Armageddon. They were here to fight the final battle between heaven and hell. Angel Aziraphale lived with Crowley on Earth since the beginning of creation.

Good Omens Season 2 is coming back to us or not, it’s not confirmed yet. The reason could be anything, maybe because the producer couldn’t choose the sequel or maybe because of the controversy over the first season of Good Omens.

The three minute special will be released by Gaiman starring David Tennant and Michael Sheen. The episode is titled Good omens Lockdown.
