Esther Acebo stuns internet with Lord Ganesha painting; see viral photos

It’s always a pleasant surprise for Indians to discover that the west has absorbed some of their culture. And when an actor from one of the world’s most popular TV shows expresses an interest in Indian mythology, desis can’t help but be impressed. That is precisely what occurred recently. Esther Acebo, who is best known for her role in Money Heist as Stockholm, is gaining popularity on social media. All because a painting of Lord Ganesha, the Hindu God of wisdom, luck, and prosperity, appeared in the background of one of her videos.

Many social media users shared screenshots of a video in which Esther discussed her spiritual side on Wednesday. When netizens noticed Lord Ganesha’s picture at Esther’s house, social media platforms, particularly Twitter, went crazy.

“This is a proud moment for India.” “Spanish actress Esther Acebo, who rose to international fame for her role as MΓ³nica Gaztambide aka Stockholm in the hit Netflix series MoneyHeist, is proudly displaying vedic pictures of Lord Ganesha at her home in one of her videos,” one wrote, sharing a screengrab from the live session.

Money Heist is a worldwide phenomenon and one of Netflix’s most popular shows. Last year, Three Monkeys, a Hindi remake of Money Heist, was announced. Arjun Rampal has been cast in the role of the Professor, which was originally played by Alvaro Morte. Abbas-Mustan, a director-duo, will direct the remake.
