Delhi shoot for Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s Tiger 3 has been postponed due to an increase in COVID-19 cases

We know that fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the third instalment of the Tiger series, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Fans have been unable to remain calm since the film’s announcement. According to reports, the film is still in the production stage, and things aren’t going as planned. The production of Tiger 3 has hit a number of roadblocks thus far, the most recent of which is the sudden increase in COVID-19 cases in the wake of the Omicron scare. It appears that fans will have to wait a little longer for this movie.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were reportedly set to film a pivotal scene in Delhi this month, according to reports in Mid Day. Apparently, all of the necessary preparations had been made as well. However, with the number of cases in the capital increasing by the day and the third wave expected to hit the city soon, the filmmakers, including director Maneesh Sharma and producer Aditya Chopra, were forced to postpone the shoot for the time being. According to a trade source close to the film, now is not the time to plan large outdoor schedules.

“It’s a well-thought-out decision by Adi, Maneesh, and the team,” the trade source added. The segments in question will be filmed on location. Because the Omicron threat looms, the designers have chosen to be cautious. While [other] difficult schedules were completed due to the pandemic, the team does not want to take any unnecessary risks [at this time].”

According to reports, the January schedule was crucial for the makers of the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif film. This schedule would have aided the team in completing the film’s production. Now, whether Tiger 3 will still be released in December 2022 or not remains to be seen.
