Deepika Padukone was sighted at the Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati with her father, former badminton champion Prakash Padukone, on Friday.
On account of Prakash Padukone’s 67th birthday, they visited the temple. On the temple grounds, a father and daughter were saw wearing purple shawls that they had received from the temple priest as a sign of his blessings.
The actor wore a white kurta-salwar with white embroidery and a mask that matched. The silk shawls acquired by the shrine were worn by both she and her father. Also spotted was her sister, Anisha Padukone.
On her first wedding anniversary, Deepika and her family had previously visited Tirupati. Her spouse, dressed in a beige kurta-pyjama, accompanied her in a crimson silk saree. On their excursion to the temple, their individual parents and siblings also accompanied them.
Deepika recently returned from Cannes, where she served on the Cannes Film Festival’s jury. She wore a ruffled saree to the festival’s closing ceremony to cap off her time as a jury member with style.
She accessorized the white saree with a substantial pearl necklace and earrings. Even Priyanka Chopra used a heart-eyes emoji when she posted a video of all the outfits she wore to the festival.
Next, she will be seen in Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan’s return flick. Before travelling to Cannes, she completed a section of the film shoot in Spain alongside Shah Rukh.
Numerous photographs from the film’s set have already made their way to the internet. John Abraham will also appear in the Siddharth Anand-directed flick.
