Day 2 box office collection for Runway 34: Ajay Devgn’s film performs well on its opening Saturday

Runway 34, starring Ajay Devgn, witnessed a significant increase in ticket sales on Day 2 due to excellent word of mouth. On April 29, the picture was released in theatres.

Runway 34, starring Ajay Devgn, was released on April 29. While the aviation thriller debuted to tepid reviews, it fared better on the second day. On Saturday, April 30, Runway 34’s box office receipts increased by 55 to 60%. According to reports, the film earned between Rs 4.75 and Rs 5.25 crore on its second day. As a result, the total amount has increased to Rs 8 crore.

Runway 34, Ajay Devgn’s third directorial effort, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh, Boman Irani, and Carry Minati. Unfortunately, the picture began with low-scoring figures. However, it picked up speed on Day 2. Numerous people came to theatres to see the film as a result of great word of mouth. Runway 34 is one of the few films that increases by 50% or more on day two. This raises the possibility of another leap on Sunday, May 1. The film has to make between Rs 6.50 and Rs 6.75 crore on Sunday to have a chance of crossing the Rs 40-crore milestone during its run.

Runway 34 is an engrossing film inspired by the true incident of Jet Airways flight 9W 555 from Doha to Kochi. Due to the poor weather and insufficient visibility, the pilot, in this case Vikrant, was forced to try an impossible landing. Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, Rakul Preet Singh, Angira Dhar, and Aakanksha Singh appear in the film. It made its theatrical debut on April 29.
