Bachchan Pandey is an upcoming comedy action film starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role. It is a remake of the 2014 film Veeram starring Ajith Kumar and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles. Recently Akshay Kumar confirmed the release date of his next film Bachchan Pandey. He will play the role of a fearless gangster and will release the first look of his character. Farhad Samji directed this film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment production house. Bachchan Pandey Akshay Kumar 10th film in Bollywood with producer and one of his closest friends Sajid Nadiadwala.

Akshay Kumar was first seen in the 1993 film Waqt Hamara Hai opposite Sajid Nadiadwala. Since they also give us some of the best movies like comedy housefull series, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Hey Baby, Kambakkht Ishq and now the upcoming Bachchan Pandey. Arshad Warsi has played an important role with Akshay Kumar. The beautiful and hot Bollywood actresses Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez appear as the female lead while Kriti Sanon confirms her role as Myra.

The release date of the film is confirmed to be 2022 next year and it is too early to say anything about this film. The work on the film is still underway and stars Kriti Sanon, Akshay Kumar along with Jacqueline Fernandez are still busy shooting for the film. Akshay Kumar will probably release some of his postponed films like Sooryavanshi, Bell Bottom and Atrangi Re in 2021 before Bachchan Pandey hits the theaters.

Bachchan Pandey is releasing on Republic Day on 16 January 2022.
