April 2022: Dasvi, King Richard, Radhe Shyam, Gullak 3 and others in Streaming

From Abhishek Bachchan’s Dasvi to Will Smith’s King Richard, here’s a look at the online series and films to watch on streaming platforms in April.

April delivers a smorgasbord of streaming alternatives. King Richard, starring Oscar winner Will Smith, is finally available on BookMyShow. The story of the Williams sisters and their father Richard is well worth following. Smith was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor for the film, but his win was overshadowed by his slapping of Chris Rock on the Oscars 2022 stage.

In Hindi, there are three upcoming dramas that should be on your radar due to their excellent casts. Dasvi, featuring Abhishek Bachchan, is a feel-good film; Mai, starring Sakshi Tanvar as a grieving mother seeking answers; and Gullak, which returns for a third season with a new set of issues for a middle-class family.
