Supreme Court lawyer and former Delhi BJP spokesperson Ashwani Upadhyay is prone to be questioned over the anti-Muslim slogans raised at a protest he allegedly organised at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar at present, sources in Delhi Police have stated.
