42-year-old Ronaldinho shows he’s still king of Joga Bonito; WATCH

On Saturday, 2002 World Cup winner Ronaldinho put on a show against his former teammate Roberto Carlos’ team in an exhibition match.

On Saturday night, 2002 World Cup winner Ronaldinho competed in an exhibition match in Miami called ‘The Beautiful Game by R10 & RC3′ against his former teammate Roberto Carlos’ team.

Despite the fact that the former’s team lost, he delivered an outstanding pass to demonstrate to his fans that he still has some of his legendary skills and ability to display Joga Bonito (The Beautiful Game.)

Some of the all-time greats, as well as some current stars, competed in the exhibition match. Cafu, Rivaldo, David Trezeguet, Patrick Kluivert, and Rene Higuita were among the legends, while Paulo Dybala, Paul Pogba, Vinicius Jr, and Alphonso Davies were among the current stars.

In a match against Roberto Carlos’ team, Ronaldinho shows off his exceptional abilities.

Ronaldinho can be seen demonstrating some of his legendary dribbling skills in the video below, as he gets past several defenders before slotting the ball into the back of the net.

But that wasn’t the only time the 42-year-old showed off his brilliance, as he also found a fantastic pass for Paulo Dybala, who failed to take advantage of it.

Ronaldinho established himself as one of the best midfielders in the world during his time at Barcelona and AC Milan, winning trophies at almost every club he played for. During his time at the Camp Nou, he won two La Liga titles and a UEFA Champions League, before moving to San Siro and winning Serie A in 2010-11.

Highlights from the match between Team Carlos and Team Ronaldinho

The exhibition match between Team Carlos and Team Ronaldinho was a nail-biter, with the former winning 12-10. Ronaldhino’s team took the lead in the seventh minute, with the legendary Barcelona midfielder scoring after a Paulo Dybala assist. Team Roberto Carlos, on the other hand, was quick to respond, with Radamel Falcao scoring two minutes later.

Rivaldo and Cafu played an outstanding 1-2 passing sequence before the former gave Team Carlos the lead with the scores tied at 2-2. Team Ronaldinho, on the other hand, did not stay behind for long, as Vinicius Jr assisted Diogo Snow, who finished with aplomb. The goals continued to come in from both sides until Carlos’ team edged Ronaldinho’s team in a thrilling nail-biting victory.
